Sade Sati (Sanskrit: sade saat, "seven and a half") is the 7.5-year window when Shani (Saturn) transits three consecutive signs — the 12th, the 1st, and the 2nd — counted from your natal Moon sign. In Vedic astrology it is considered one of the most karmically significant transits of adult life, because Saturn is the planet of discipline, delay, responsibility, and long-term consequence.
