Read your report. Sit with it for a week. If it doesn't open something true for you — write to us and we will refund every rupee or dollar to the original payment method.
What's covered
- Any premium PDF report — Kundli, Year Ahead, Matchmaking, Numerology.
- Per-question consultations with our Acharyas.
- Subscription plans (refunded pro-rata for the unused portion).
How to claim
Email astroprarabdh@gmail.com within 7 days of payment with your name, the email used, and your report number (e.g. PRBDH-2026-XXXXX). We respond within 48 hours and process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days to the original payment method via Razorpay.
When we may decline
- Requests filed more than 7 days after delivery.
- Reports based on incorrect birth details you supplied (we'll happily regenerate at no charge instead).
- Repeated refund requests across multiple reports — we reserve the right to decline future orders.
Currency
All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Refunds are returned via Razorpay to the original payment method (currency follows the original charge). We bear any payment-processor fees on the refund.
We do not offer refunds because we expect to. We offer them because a Vedic reading is sacred work — if it does not land, neither of us should pretend otherwise.
