Digital reports
Because every report is computed and personally interpreted the moment you submit your details, digital reports are non-refundable once delivered to your email.
When we will refund
- You were charged but the report failed to generate or deliver.
- You were charged twice for the same report due to a payment glitch.
- The reading is materially based on a typo on our side (not yours).
How to request a refund
Email astroprarabdh@gmail.com within 7 days of payment with your name, the email used, and a brief description. We respond within 48 hours and process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Live consultations
For live one-on-one consultations, you may reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable but a credit will be issued for a future session.
