1. What we collect
- Name, email and phone you provide on the report form.
- Birth date, time and place (and the latitude/longitude of that place).
- The service you requested and the report we generated for you.
- Basic technical metadata (device, browser) for security and abuse prevention.
2. How we use it
- To compute your chart and prepare your reading.
- To deliver the report to your email.
- To follow up if you have questions or want a deeper consultation.
- To improve the platform — never by selling your data.
3. Who can see it
Only the Prarabdh Astro team. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing. Computed data is sent to our astrology-calculation provider (AstrologyAPI) and our AI provider for the express purpose of generating your reading. Both are bound by their own privacy commitments.
4. Storage & security
Your data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is limited to authorised team members only.
5. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to (a) export the data we hold about you, or (b) permanently delete it. Email astroprarabdh@gmail.com and we will respond within 7 days.
6. Children
Our services are intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
7. Cookies
We use only essential cookies for session and security. No third-party advertising trackers.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision.
